60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Cible Skin Paris, we stand behind the clinical efficacy of our formulas. Every purchase made on us.cibleskin.com is covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Returns

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return any product for a refund or store credit — even if the product has been opened and used. We simply ask that you return it with its original packaging.

To keep this guarantee fair for everyone:

The opened-product guarantee applies to one unit per product per customer.
Products showing excessive use (more than half empty) may be refused.
Products purchased from our partner clinics or other retailers are covered by the retailer’s own return policy.
Gift cards and clinic treatment bookings are non-refundable. Sets returned incomplete are refunded minus the individual price of the items kept.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of abuse of this guarantee.

How to start a return

Email hello@cibleskin.com with your order number. Our customer service team will send you a prepaid return label — return shipping is free.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. You may instead choose store credit, and we will add 10% to its value as a thank-you.

Damaged or incomplete orders

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us at hello@cibleskin.com or +1 (929) 865-0072 with photos of the package and products. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
