Who we are. This site is operated by CIBLE SKIN US INC, 1411 Broadway, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10018. For any privacy question: hello@cibleparis.com.

Data we collect. When you place an order: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number. Payment data is processed directly by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers. When you browse: cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Management page). When you subscribe to our newsletter: name and email (and phone only with your express consent).

How we use it. To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — send marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

Sharing. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the store (hosting — Shopify, payment processing, shipping carriers, email service) and with our parent company in France for customer-service purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention. Order data is retained for [5] years to comply with legal obligations; marketing data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights — California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know, correct and delete the personal information we hold about you, the right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email hello@cibleparis.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law.

Other states. Residents of states with comparable privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, etc.) may exercise equivalent rights at the same address.
