Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026. These Terms apply to orders placed on or after October 16, 2026. Orders placed before this date remain governed by the terms in force on their order date.

1. Scope. These Terms of Service govern all sales made by CIBLE SKIN US INC ("Cible Skin US," "we," "us"), 1411 Broadway, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10018, through the website us.cibleskin.com, to consumers located in the United States. By placing an order, you accept these Terms and our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Products. All Cible Skin skincare products can be purchased on this site, with delivery across the United States. The in-clinic treatments presented in "The Longevity Clinic" section are displayed for information only: they are performed exclusively at the Cible Skin Longevity Clinic, 31 rue François 1er, Paris, France, and cannot be purchased or booked on this site. Product results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

3. Prices. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Shipping charges are displayed before payment. Prices may change at any time; the price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is placed. If a product is listed at an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.

4. Promotional codes. One code per order. Codes cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to past orders, shipping or taxes, and must be entered at checkout to apply. We may revoke a code in case of misuse.

5. Orders and payment. Orders may be placed as a guest or with a customer account. Full payment is due when the order is placed. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, a payment dispute on a previous order, or unavailable stock, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

6. Shipping. We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse, generally within one business day, and a tracking number is sent by email. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds. An order can be cancelled for a full refund until it ships. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, sealed and in their original, undamaged packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned products. Return shipping and original shipping charges are not refundable, except in case of our error. Full conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Warranties and liability. Products conform to their description on this site. Use products as directed and discontinue use in case of irritation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a sale is limited to the purchase price of the products concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Personal data. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property. All content on this site is the property of CIBLE SKIN US INC and its affiliates and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force on the date of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
