Terms of Service

1. Scope. These Terms of Service govern all sales made by CIBLE SKIN US INC (“Cible Skin US,” “we,” “us”), 1411 Broadway, 16th Floor, New York, NY 10018, through the website us.cibleskin.com, to consumers located in the United States.

2. Products. All Cible Skin skincare products (serums, creams, cleansers, masks, programs) can be purchased directly on this site, with delivery across the United States. By contrast, the in-clinic longevity treatments presented in “The Longevity Clinic” section are displayed for information only: these treatments are performed exclusively at the Cible Skin Longevity Clinic, 31 rue François 1er, Paris, France, and cannot be purchased or booked on this site. To book a treatment, visit www.cibleskin.com.

3. Prices. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Shipping charges are displayed before payment. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders and payment. Orders may be placed as a guest or with a customer account. Full payment is due at the time of the order, using the payment methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a payment dispute on a previous order or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping. We ship to addresses in the United States [confirm: all 50 states / include territories]. Shipping options: Standard — $9.90, free on orders over $100; Express — $20; Overnight — $35. Estimated delivery times: [Standard: X–X business days; Express: X–X business days; Overnight: next business day]. Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse within 24 hours (business days). A tracking number is provided by email upon shipment. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and refunds. You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Products must be unopened, in their original packaging and in resalable condition; for hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be accepted. 7. Warranties and liability. Products conform to their description on this site. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising out of a sale is limited to the purchase price of the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Personal data. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this site.

9. Intellectual property. All content on this site is the property of CIBLE SKIN US INC and its affiliates and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. Governing law and disputes. these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York; dispute resolution / arbitration clause and class-action waiver if desired.
